| Guess what he ate NOW!? OH MY GOSH! My Harley is nuts! I left him in my room on his own for about 15 min and I come back and BAM! There was barf all over the place! I know for sure that he ate a piece of a stick my other dog clovis brought in the house and so graciously left it on my bed, one of my favorite little scented green candles, some seeds of some sort that I'm only guessing he got from outside and he got in mommys 'personal drawer' and ate a tampon! (apparently he didn't like the plastic wrapper bc all of that was left on the other side of the room.. And YES it was a new one! ) But I mean geesh! I picked out all the chunks of the wax he threw up and tried to 'fit the pieces back together' of what's left of it and it looks like there's still quite a bit still hanging out in his belly. Looks like most if not all of the tampon came up too but just to be safe I gave him a tablespoon of ferret lax. I know that sounds rediculus but the stuff works and by golly after 15 min he had a 'business trip' right on schedule. I swear this guys an acrobat! He had to of jumped onto my bed, onto my table to get my candle and use his little paws to pull open my 'personal drawer'! You guys think he'll be ok? He seems to have passed everything he took in..

| I'd have a vet check him out , just to be sure ! Sticks can get lodged in their little systems, and who knows what else could have gotten stuck thru the process. Better to be safe than sorry, I'd have him checked over if it were me. Hope Haley is going to be ok, looks like he can't be left alone in a world of wonders very long at this stage. Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Lord...they are Busy and will eat anything even stuff that doesn't TASTE good ! I had a little problem with Cheri and sticks - I just made sure she had those really LONG bully sticks around and would substitute the real stick for the bully stick and she was a happy camper. He ate a tampon ? |

| Oh my!!!! I don't think I would leave him alone again. You know, its funny, but then its not funny. Keep a eye on him, he might have to be seen by your vet. If Princess did that, I would have to take her. Hope Harleys tummy is OK. (((((((Harley)))))))

| Well since this is only one of the hundreds of times he's eaten random things my vet let me know what signs to look for if there's a problem. If he gets a buildup he'll become lethargic (yea, thats no problem so far lol), he'll stop eating and drinking but still be vomiting. He won't poop of course and will be outrageously sluggish. So if I have any sign of that yea his butt getting to a vet ASAP! Thanks for all the help.. I checked his "business" today and found more pieces of little bitty stick and smaller pieces of wax so I have a good feeling that he's passed it all.

| You really ought to feed Harley more often! Just kidding. Bet his little tummy is a bit out of sorts now. Poor Harley! He was just having fun.
