| Did I really complain about snow??? I take it all back - a few days ago I complained about all of our snow - it was 39" of snow throughout the day - no mail, no taxis, etc. I take it all back - today is -24 degrees celcius (-11 degrees fahrenheit) with the windchill At least it's really sunny. I think I prefer all of that snow - WHERE THE HECK IS SPRING??? Can you tell I don't like winter - so when you look outside your window, what do you see?? |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Can't say that I can relate. Outside my kitchen window, I see some palm trees, my magnolia covered in white blossoms, orange, grapefrult, and lemon trees covered in fruit. But we are predicted to get rain this afternoon and may get two inches over the weekend. Living in a desert area where drought is the norm, that's pretty scary. |

| I see sunshine and melting snow. It is a really nice day after the cold, cold weather. We have a ways to go before spring but these little tastes of what's to come make it worth it! |

| We had winter weather a couple of weeks ago...the roads were covered in solid ice. It was horrible to drive in. Now it's sunny, warm, and in the 70's. I love it! :P

| So. Calif. It is cold here today, but not anywhere near what you are experiencing. We are expecting rain tonight I think. Good and bad here depending on how much we get. I'm seeing signs of spring. My apricot tree is blooming...

| I think I'm a glutton for punishment! Glad there is warmth out there - gives me hope - don't think I'll ever see palm trees (except for the 8 foot tall tacky plastic ones on our deck during summer). Can you tell I'm a dreamer?? |

| I have to say- after some of the coldest, nastiest weather we have had in the deep South in many years- it has been SO unbelieveably beautiful all week! I live on the coast of Alabama and all the winter visitors FINALLY have the weather they came down here for. I think the temp is supposed to reach the upper 70s for the weekend, and the first Mardi Gras parade in Mobile will roll tomorrow night. Can't ask for better! |

| It was -41 here with windchill this morning! Last week was really nice, just below freezing and even creeping up above freezing a couple of times! We have a group of people from Arizona working in my office and they thought winter was finally over and we kept saying "Nope! Just you wait!" and here it is! A couple more months and it will be spring again!

| When I look out my window I finally can see some of my lawn and some of my deck. Now I can't wait for all the snow to melt off my pool. My babies have been playing outside all day and having a ball. I didn't even have to put their coats on. YEA!!. Actually all I wanted was one white Christmas because we just moved into our new home last year. I didn't want to get buried in snow. Becareful what you wish for !!!! |
