| Glad Bags with Febreeze Commercial Has anyone seen this commercial? It shows a lady putting in a new trash bag. As she pops it open the breeze blows the wonderful scent from the bag and blows through the room. Sitting there on the couch is a cute little Yorkie. The dogs hair blows in the breeze. I may have to get these bags just becausse they got cleaver and used a good dog for their commercial. Here is a link to the commercial if you have not seen it yet. Gust Of Wind- Glad vs. Febreeze

| I have seen it! There is a new show coming on called "Mr Sunshine" and in the commercials for it there is a portrait of the owner with a yorkie in her arms. I'm wondering if the actual yorkie will be making any appearances.

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | PHENOL Phenol, also known as carbolic acid, is flammable, corrosive, and very toxic. Phenolic compounds have a distinct odor and are used in disinfectants, deodorizers, paints, and as anesthetic for skin. Ingestion of even small amounts may cause vomiting, circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, and coma. Light sensitivity and sinus congestion are common with exposure to fluids or vapors. Fatal poising can occur through skin absorption. Phenol and related compounds rapidly denature all proteins they come in contact with, including skin. Severe burns may occur upon contact. A concentration of 1% phenol, used to prevent itching from insect bites and sunburn, applied over several hours, was reported to cause gangrene in one individual. Skin ulcerations, skin rashes, swelling, pimples, and hives have been widely reported. The anesthetic properties of phenols can allow extensive damage to skin tissue before pain is perceived. Although there have been many poisonings from phenolic solutions, phenol continues to be used in consumer products. I copied this info from a toxic chemical site online, we recently almost killed our 9 week old pups by my sons careless mopping of the kitchen floor, & their boundless curiosity of what he was doing. Last I checked Febreeze contained Phenol as well as Pine-sol, Lysol & any product ending in "sol". As I stopped bringing these products home, check to see if phenol is in the ingredient list, and I wouldn't use it if it is. Phenol can be inhaled, licked, & believe it or not absorbed through the pads of the feet. It can cause immediate death, or long term liver & stomach/intestinal damage. After a lengthy hospital stay for my pups, and some research online, I have to think that the common things we use in our homes must shorten our furbabies lives, & we don't even know we are doing it.
