I don't know if they have changed their policy but used to be you had to order $75 minimum. That's great if they allow lesser amounts now! For anyone ordering...order the medium size, if you don't you'll wish you had. It's initially more expensive but a medium jar will last almost a year or longer, bathing every week. I can't emphasize enough.....leave the product on for several minutes for the best results. I am currently out of sample size jars and will be awhile before I can send out more samples.

| I found a local 'pet clinic' that sells some IV san bernard products. But unfortunately not the ones I am looking for. Am going to place my order here in the next couple of days!! Think I will just order the biggest bottle of the conditioner. Does anyone know if it expires??

| I can not say enough good things about the PEK conditioner!!! My Bijou has a cottony coat and it's amazing how much easier it's been to take care of with this conditioner!!! You will not be sorry one bit for the purchase!!! I bought the medium sized jar in October or November. I use it every week when she gets her bath and I've only used 1/2 a cup out of it. You mix it with some regular conditioner, comb it through and then I put Bijou in her bath robe to let it soak in while I bath Barley (thank goodness he's a nice silky coat so much easier) then I rinse Bijou out. One other tip I've learned on here is to blow dry their hair. It helps to seal the hair cuticals and keeps the dirt off better I Love YT!!!! PS: I'm jealous you got to order less than the $75 min too!!! I ordered 2 shampoos, long hair conditioner, PEK and the SIL Plus (it's oil like the Silk oil that Walmarts even sell) all that was $95 so not too bad but I don't do back flips over their shampoo and normal conditioners. I've used other shampoos and as long as she has the PEK on she's much smoother and knots much much less.

| You just fill out the online form, with your email address and password. I think they have to approve you or something like that. I did this months ago, so I don't remember exactly how it went. But just fill out the online form.

| This is what I read on their home page. Eeek 15 more dollars if I don't meet the minimum of $75. "If you are a retail customer and there is no nearby retail outlet, we may sell to you directly with minimum requirements. Please call us on our toll free number at 1-877-589-8436 before placing a retail order. Shipping charges are an estimate only. All carriers now have fuel surcharges and charge more for residential and remote addresses such as mountain and rural areas. An additional minimum order handling fee of $15 will apply to all orders below $75 or a prorated amount if the order is above $60." Was anyone charged the extra? Thanks |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Ok so I am looking at the sight and yes! now i am registered! Is the "green" PEK everyone talks about is that the MINT one? That is the only "green" PEK I am seeing unless I am blind, which that is a high possibility

| No, that is not it. The conditioner is green, but the bottle is not. I believe it is the orange bottle. It is not labeled with a specific scent.
