| Big ol hugs and kisses for Cookie!! Just remember these little boogers are stronger than we want to give them credit for. You'll be wishing for peace and quiet before you know it!! Meanwhile, I think spoiling rotten is the best medicine!

| Genie, I just want to let you know that you and I are in the same boat. Miko's vet told me that he has a liver shunt, but they went in for the surgery and didn't find it. I know the scar is scary, but trust me it will start to go away soon. Miko had a big old scar and now it's very faint and his hair is growing back. Miko looks healthier than ever now and he just takes denosyl and lactulose everyday and is on Royal Canin veterinary hepatic diet. He has soooo much energy now! I'm so happy that you have your cookie back! She will be even more loving than ever. Since Miko got his surgery he sleeps on the bed with us (he used to never want to sleep on our bed, only on his bed)...He especially loves sleeping on my pillow right on my head Please keep us posted about the liver biopsy the vet did. Did your vet put cookie on any medications? Is she eating any special food? If you need anything or have any questions, please ask.Yorkieluv |

| Poor little Cookie he looks so sad. He will be back to himself real soon. I am so glad to hear it is not a liver shunt. Mec & Melli send him lots of Yorkie hugs.
