| prayers for Dexter from me and Gatsby. Gatsby's sire died of kidney failure, because he ate a leaf from a poisonous plant someone brought in on there shoes, it was very sudden one min he was running around then he collapsed and 5 min later he was gone. I know this is not the story anyone wants to hear, but has she checked her carpets and rugs for anything unfamiliar he could have eaten. Again prayers and hugs for Dexter

| Our prayers for Dexter. My Jessie was in the ER with renal failure. Her numbers got a lot better and she came home with me after a week. After that she needed a special diet and treatment but she lived a quality life for another 18 months. She was an older dog, though. There is a good deal of info on the web about CRF and dogs. | Donating YT 30K Club Member  | I talked with Deb a little while ago and Dexter's number's are coming down a little. She is so worried and needs support and prayers. I shared my experience with her of Dixie's congenital renal failure and told her it was a good sign his levels were coming down. Dixie's went from 166 to 490 in a weeks time so there was no hope for her. I am hoping that Dexter will continue to improve and be home soon. I know she would appreciate everyone's prayers.
