Our Gidget snuggles up in our bed, she may burrow under the covers, curl up at my knees, or on her back all fours up between us. She is a constant giggle for us! |
My little guy sleeps right next to me! ALWAYS! I love it.. |
Baylee has slept with us since we got her and none of our other pets in the past ever did. We really miss her when she is not in bed with us. |
Rizzo in his bed of course :) I cuddle up next to him making sure that he is safely fitted in the curve of my back, or right next to my face so he can be sure to put his frito feet under my nose in the middle of the night...so many strange dreams about fritos, lol :) |

Jack and Josie sleep with me. Josie likes to get under the covers and Jack lays on top of the covers. Sometimes Jack gets under the covers too. It is too cute to me when I wake up and Jack is laying on his back trying to be like a human sleeping. They tickle me to.:woof: |
Our Miss Daisy sleeps where ever she wants to, our bed, pillow on our bed, her crate, the couch, recliner, carpet, blanket on floor she pulled off of mama's recliner, or her x-pen. We do not ever know where she will come from when we get up and call potty time. She goes to bed with whoever goes to bed first, but as soon as we go to sleep, she gets up and goes back to be with the one still up until they go to bed and she does the same thing. |
kennel sleeper! well now i feel weird because my bella sleeps in her kennel in the living room ,and now i see that alot of you guys let your babys sleep with you ! i really can't let her sleep with us because my husband is a little jealous that bella takes up alot of my time and attention. he loves her but he dosn't want her in the bed. as soon as it's night time she knows it's bed time and she goes to her kennel sometimes with out me even telling her! i think she's really smart.:p |

Silver doesn't like to be anywhere where you can pet her while she's sleeping. If you pet her while she's sleeping she will get up and move. But she sleeps cuddled between my feet at night. |
Austin use to sleep with me on my bed everynight until my mother saw that and flipped. Gave me strict course about how dogs should not sleep with humans and how much worms and parasite they have hidden. The typical attitude she has. Austin sleeps sometimes in my room on the floor with his blanket, or his crate with the bed in the hallway (with door open of course), or in my parents room on the floor with his other bed or.....in the leather couch or my dad's recliner in the livingroom. SO funny, this morning I went to kiss him before I went to work, and he was sleeping with his legs and paws in the air..LOL How sexy! lol =) |
I feel like such a meanie, Harley isn't allowed to sleep with us... cause he's nick named the energizer bunny on steriods. he doesn't allow us to relax or sleep in the bed. I've only had two instances in the last year where he's had a legitimate nap with me, once he was coming off the drugs from being neutered. the other was a fluke.... lol he has his own room, with several beds and an open crate... and his own radiator which actually works (our bedroom one sucks, don't ask....) |

All three of mine sleep in bed with me! Faith and Libby like to sleep under the covers, and Maddie sleeps on top of the covers. |
All 10 sleep in the bed with me, most of them are on top of me. Bobbi Black, the cat, also sleeps in my arms every night too. |

So after reading this thread, last night I thought I'd give it another try to let my pups sleep where they wanted to instead of in their crates. Well, guess where they chose to sleep? Their crate. Usually they cuddle with me in bed while we watch TV until I'm ready to go to sleep and then they get tucked in their crates. Last night I just turned off the TV and they went in their crates on their own and went to sleep with the crate doors open. I did wake up early this morning to puppy kisses so that was a nice change but I was surprised that they didn't just stay in the bed with me. Oh well. |
My babies sleeps in my bed ,down on my feet or next to my belly . My boyfriend is ok with that,he loves them . When we do "snoo-snoo" they understand and go to their bed and sometimes I feel weird because they are looking :p |
I believe Yorkies should always have their own beds. If you're smart you'll get him a nice big king sized one that he can share with you. That way you will all be happy.:) |
Levi sleeps on the bed with me, snuggled up at my feet. He usually stays at the foot of the bed, but I love when I wake up and he has migrated up to sleep closer to me! |
We have 2 dogs sleeping with us every night. Our Pomeranian and our rescued mix breed dog. I suspect our new yorkie will be sleeping with us too. |
All 3 of mine sleep in our bed... Booger our Rottweiler at our feet and sometimes on-top on them and he sometimes takes the couch (guess I disturb him when I move)... Mason our yorkie usually under my arms when daddy is home or in daddy's spot when he's gone, he'll sometimes sleep on his bed or in his crate (he choses that, he's loved his crate since day 1). Chloe our other yorkie is usually under her daddy's arm unless he is gone and then she sleeps right next to me like a suction cup, on top of covers tho. I will try to nudge her so I can move my legs and she WILL NOT BUDGE.... I have to wake up, sit up and move her to get space. But I wouldn't change it for the world. |
LOL! Guess it's pretty much the same with so many of us! Most have them in our beds, they love being close to us, but it is a fact that they think it is them sharing with us! Would miss mine terribly if they slept any where else now - and that precious happy face when they awake and come out from under the covers to say good morning is priceless |
Gosh I feel bad...everyone allows their kiddies sleep in their bed but me. I usually let her sleep in the crate with the door closed to avoid "sleepwalking" around the room. I think tonight I will change that and leave her crate open and see what happens....am I a bad parent to keep the crate door closed? I am new this this whole pet owner thing...I love her to death but scared she will chew on anything she sees while I and hubby is asleep. She is 11 months going 12 months on January 25th. |

where dogs sleep I had to laugh.. we have 4 chihuahuas and 2 yorkies and a BOXER that all sleep with us and we only have a full size bed. LOL.. Occasionally one will be miffed at another and sleep in a pet bed on the floor but not very often. Linda in . E. Tex. |
My dogs always slept w/ me when it was just me but when I moved in my boyfriend, there just wasn't enough room to be comfortable. They each have their own fabric dog houses so they usually sleep there, under the bed or on my clothes on the floor.... |
