| I meant to explain. I have a self made stream and garden pond in my back yard and when I add water to it I have to add a chlorine remover to it and my dogs and cats drink out of the stream all the time. They have to make thaT stuff safe for pets because people have to put it in homemade ponds and animals are going to drink out of it

| Both my dogs have gotten into my turtle tank before and I'd be willing to guess a turtle tank (especially mine at times ) are worse than a fish tank. Just make sure there is access to nice clean water to negate any thing they digested. |

| I'm sure there's no harm. My son had Sammy in the pool this past summer and Sammy licked some of the water. I was flipping out because of the chlorine in the pool but he was fine. |
