How many beds? OK, this started as a joke between a friend & I :p She has ONE tiny little Yorkie & at last count 12 beds! For the record, Tuffy has 3 (counting ours) & 5 if you count DH & me. Soooo, how many beds does your Yorkie have? (giggling here....) |
Shadow has three. One under my desk, one in the family room and one in our bedroom. I guess if you count when she is in bed with us, that would be four. |

Rose has 2, one in her pen that we put her in when we go somewhere and the other in the living room not including any laps that will hold her. ;) |
Harley uses pillows as beds some times, so lets see, he has a yellow one, a blue one, a star one, a paw print one, a black one, a brown travel one, a horse one, and a grey one.... so my little 4lb doggie has a grand total of 8 and lets not forget the zillion blankets he has, lol... SPOILED |
Only 2 (not including mine where she sleeps at night) and she's getting one for Christmas. |
Gizmo has one under my desk, one in the livingroom next to my reclyner, 4 in the garage, that are not being used anymore...so counting my bed where he sleeps with hubby and I, the count would be 3. Hehe...unreal right how theses pooches are soooo pampered..... :D |
I have 3 pups. Just did a quick tally and I think they have 10 regular doggy beds and I just got rid of 3 that had seen better days. They only use those during the day though, depending on what room I am in. They also have a penchant for the backs of easy chairs and the sofa. At night, they sleep with me, one on each side and one on me. |
My three have a total of 10 beds, and they sleep w/me...go figure :rolleyes:...lol |
so far Lexi only has 1, its in her crate. but im sure she will end up with more before its over with, ive already been fighting the urge to get her another one. lol |
Wow ten beds. Well we have one official bed, which Razz doesn't use... But we have one playpen. and three crates with flat beds inside. Then I want to get one of those suspended beds like Shelby and Seymour have. I think we don't count the cost where our pups are concerned! Ummm, I think that shows sound reason on our part because; we might just fall over if we saw the total. LOL LOL |
Opi has 1 in the kitchen. 2 in the living room. 1 in our bedroom and of course our bed. She also has her little fleece blankets on every piece of furniture in the living room and a blanket in our daughter's room for when she "hangs out" in there. After the holidays, I have plans to try my hand at making a coupe beds I have seen online and in stores. what's a few more?? lolol |
Beamer has 3 beds. One I bought him when he first decided to come live with us :) and two he got in the GE's. He also has our bed, and he sometimes uses the recliner as a bed. Lil Bit just prefers the recliner with Bruce or at night our bed. But, she does like the new bed Beamer just got in the last GE and she will sneak in there for a nap sometimes. |
Carlo and Maxine has 16 beds between them. Max lays on all of them, Carlo is limited to the larger ones! She really loves her new heated bed. |
Vinny has 1 bed in the car, and inside he never uses it so we moved it to the car. He also has 1 in the living room! :) :) Loving Owner Of Vinny :) |
2 Attachment(s) Jackson is ONE dog with.... four beds? I actually only have two of them laying out right now. One of them disappeared, I have no idea where it went, and the other one he didn't like so I put it away in the closet. They're both from Walgreens ($9.99) and have lasted us 2 years now. |
My two have about 7 beds right now :rolleyes: They LOVE beds and are super spoiled- a few I have actually taken to my parents house because they babysit a lot and this way they have some beds over there too! I can never resist a cute bed but they don't all actually fit in my place :eek: Plus of course they have the big bed that they usually let me sleep in at night- that is their favorite one ;) |

Ziva has 7 beds- all different styles! - every time I see a different one here on YT I have to make it! My latest ( for the non-sewers out there) is a curved memory foam pillow in a pillow sham, Ziva loves laying in the curve, and the big dog can't fit on it! |

My dogs have 17 beds... I have 4 dogs... so each has 1 (a total of 4 ) in each of the two bedrooms, the living room, and the finished basement. I have 1 extra large on in the kitchen (large) that they can all cuddle on. Although I have a lot of beds, they tend to sleep on the sofas, the beds, etc... Izze loves the loveseat back cushions. They are very fluffy. But she'd rather sleep on her dog bed than on the bed at night, unless its cold--in which case she'll grace me with her presence :) I love her sleeping with me, but I have to let her go at her own pace because she's a rescue. It's been nearly 3 years, and I think that she knows we love her... but she likes her space. She especially likes the very small cuddlers... I replace 4 beds/season... and rotate, so that way they don't have old beds. |
this is so amazing. on my walk to work this morning i was thinking about getting Rocco another bed. right now he has on in the kitchen and one in the living room. he sleeps with me at night in my bed but i dont count that. i thought it was crazy to get him another bed but now reading this thread i am out there after work getting him another... thanks again to all you YT people who were reading my mind this morning!!!!:D |
Ruby has three official beds, but sleeps in our bed at night and will nap on the sofa during the day. I think her favorite place to nap (when she can get away with it) is our big dog's bed. And she looks so tiny laying in the middle of it like a "big dog." |

They have beds on all 3 levels. Maxine naturally has a few more than Carlo. Can we count one of our couch's as a partial bed? Maxine has her own section of couch with her blanket and Pillow on it that she sits and watches TV with us at night. She also has her own chair at the Table, and a chair at the counter where we usually eat. Then she has a Dog Seat in the cars. I just realized, we may have spoiled them. |

As for the OP, I have 2 girls and 2 beds. Neither gets used, Maddie always goes to our bed or the back of the couch to nap/sleep. Cooper sleeps ususally somewhere on the couch. |

Levi has a mere three dog beds, plus my bed where he actually does his sleeping. He has a bed in the living room, one under the side table in my bedroom, and one inside his doorless crate. :) He will occasionally take a little nap in his dog beds, but definitely prefers my bed, a blanket on the couch, or even my coat that carelessly tossed on the floor. I think if he actually showed much interest in dog beds, I could totally become a dog bed fanatic. |
Too funny! I just counted and realized that our two pups have 8 beds and 5 crates so that's 13 cozy places that they regularly nap plus the human bed. I love to spoil them. |
