First let me say...I just love this thread & too hear everyone's love for their furbabies.

I just could not imagine my life without my little girls! I can't even think about it or I will cry. They have brought me so much joy it's impossible to even say in words what they mean to me. I'm a mom of three grown boys and thought that I would never have a little girl well, guess what? I have four now! They may have fur but I couldn't love them anymore if they were human. Sometimes I think people think I have lost it but they must not own a yorkie then, that's all I can say! There is just something special about yorkies and how much love they give us! I have never owned a more loving dog! I don't even like calling them dogs lol...

It crazy how much we all love our babies! Im not sure what makes Yorkies so special, Ive never had a dog. All my life growing up I had cats, well my Mom did

she is a cat person. I always said to myself " when I move out I am getting a dog" Then my Grandparents got a Silky Terrier. I saw how much love Mitzy brought to my Grandparents. Mitzy was by my Grandpa's side 24/7 just as much as I was, they shared everything together. I loved seeing that, even being a young age of 15 I was able to see they loved her so much, and she loved them!

Then down the road I heard of YORKIES!!! My heart was stolen by this breed!!

They were the perfect size, great colors, smart, loyal.. everything I remembered Mitzy as. I think of loosing Pnut and I get sick to my stomach. I know I would never ever never find another dog like him! His looks down to his personality!! I cherish everyday with him.

I try to make it so he is never in danger and I watch him like a hawk! Just a couple weeks ago my friend lost her French bulldog, bc she let him in the backyard (with a pool) and she wasnt watching him and he drowned!! I was very sad for her, but I can only think to myself, if she was watching him that wouldnt of happened!! Little dogs are like children, esp ones with that stuffed up nose!! I know "things" happen, but I try my hardest not to let anything like that happen!! Peanut is way to special to me!!

lol I say Remy is my empty nest baby (I used to say change of life but that sounded like a little personal)
She is has two older brothers (shih tuz) and the three of them give joy to our house. I was so afraid my husband would get mad when I brought Remy home but she had him wrapped around her paw within 30 secs.
