As you probably know, Greenies are available in a teeny size now. We bought a large box from Dr. Smith and Foster. These are not daily treats for Edie, though. Maybe once a week. Can you imagine paying $5 each for the jumbo ones?????

I bought a bag of the teenies at Petco earlier in the week. They were on special with my Petco card...$7.99 for 12. I thought this was a real bargain. Jeter loves them. He stays occupied for over an hour chowing down. They come in handy when he gets bored at my sons hockey games.

We got the 120 pack from Dr. Smith and Foster for $39.99. That will last for a couple of years. Of course, we paid shipping too, so it might not have been that great a deal. Seems ridiculous to spend $40 on dog treats in 1 purchase, but we don't do it every day.

Oh that scares the heck out of me! Now what do I do? She bugs us every night for her Greenie treat! She does chew them uop, but now I am scared. If they are not digestible do they stay in the intestine or are they passed in the stool? I coulldn't get the sound from the video, so not sure if they said anything different from the article or not. Thanks for the info. Pat

Thanks so much for that warning information, I'm going to stop giving mine anymore, last week one vomited almost a whole piece, maybe that was a warning sign to stop them also. Even tho mine does beg for them after meals, she's going to have to get some other treat from now on. Its not worth taking chances with their lives to loose them to some greenies....
