| Hello Newbie, Proud Parents Of Ivan!!! Hello my name is Torrie & of course as you can see I am a newbie. My husband & I are also new parents of our first baby together his name is Ivan & he is just the best!!! We love him dearly as you can see he is just the cutest thing ever!!! This is our first time with a yorkie so we do have a lot of questions to ask. We hope that everyone will be patience with us & our question. Any advice or tips are well needed. By the looks of things this is a great website. Now with that said lets get to my baby Ivan!! We got this li'l angel the day after Thanksgiving & he is now 17 weeks old. He is the most sweetest thing ever & very mellow(which by the way is that normal?) he loves to cuddle and sleep which he does a lot of. We have tried to get him to play but sometimes he looks at us like naw I'm cool where I'm at but he does go nuts whenever we go to take him outside. We took him to the vet & he is totally healthy in every possible way even tho we were kinda worried about his weight but in the end we are glad because he is small but not in weight. He is doing great with his potty training we have him on a schedule but we cant wait for the day that he lets us know that he has to go outside by either going to the door or braking. Now he hasnt barked yet but the vet said that we should be glad cause he will soon find his voice. I do have a question about his ears they havent stood up yet I have been reading about the tapeing which we have tried but we must be doing something wrong because it hasnt worked yet. In the end we are so Blessed that we now have this Wonderful Joy & New Addition in our life!!! Well I hope that I have not bored you guys too much, we look forward to hearing from you & hearing stories about you & your love one or ones. We hope to talk to some of you all real soon |
