| He is so stinkin' cute! At first, just by looking at the puppy video, with his back being so long, he looked like he could have been a "dorkie" which is a dacshund/yorkie mix, but then, I didn't think that, cuz the other features arent dachshund at all. After seeing the 2nd video, I'd have to say he might be a havanese/yorkie mix...????

| I am gonna say Lhasa Apso. I've owned several and he just reminds me of my last one Kaci. Here is some pics of a Lhasa pup and adult.

| dog breed dna - Google Search Here's the Google list I actually had mine done in my vet's office and I think she uses this company as they are the only ones that list miniature schnauzers and schnauzer specific DNA testing-my dog is a Schnorkie which is what we suspected http://www.dog-dna.com/ they call it identifiable breeds on this site You may want to Check the Google list be sure to look over the breed lists and then check their accounts of accuracy. Also I'd ask your vet if they do it (or any other local vet to you) I noticed that my vet charged a reasonable amount other local vets (here) charged three times what the companies charge direct to the customer! Best of luck and make sure if you spend the money you get a certificate of Breed lineage! Let us know what you find out if you do it! Last edited by concretegurl; 12-13-2010 at 01:34 PM. |

| most vets have this option and it runs about 100 bucks but fun to see all the many things that make up some very unique dogs out there. our shelter has a donation to guess what's in a dog that they cannot for the life of them figure out....the donations are used to pay for the DNA test and see what they are...super fun! |

| My guess would also be Shih Tzu mix. I have a pure bred shih tzu along with our yorkie. I can see in your little guy's face and coloring possible shih tzu. He is so cute.

| What a cute little man he is. I'm going to go along with the majority and say Shih-Tzu/Yorkie. Such a smart baby he is. Congratulations!!
