| Things That Make Liz so Different Lizzy does a lot of things like my IGs, regular dog things, but she also does a few things that are unique to her. They include: Flea biting me - when she is uber happy or excited, like when I come home from somewhere, wake up, or get on the floor with her, she flea bites me, just starts that chewing kind of thing. She likes to do it on my ears, through my hair. I call it "showing me the love." Wipes her feet - I've got rugs down on both sides of the door the dogs good out through, and Liz will come in from outside and wipe her feet. It's so cute, she really is wiping her feet! She lifts her leg when she pees - I think it's to improve her accuracy, gotta get that spot she was so careful to sniff out. Except for my smallest IG, being so low to the ground is a huge plus for Liz, she hangs out underneath the IGs when I give them a cookie hoping they will drop a crumb. She is on the crumb like a striking snake, I've never seen anything like it. She also wears food on her head quite often. She loves the cats and is constantly running up to them to kiss their faces. She acts like they are long lost friends even when she comes in after going potty. She also does this to my male IG. It's really cute, she hops up and down to reach the cats' faces and she stands on her hind legs to reach Monty's face. I always wonder if some of these things are unique to yorkies or just to Lizzy. She is a funny little thing!

| Great idea for a thread Kristan! Couver: -He is one eccentric little guy. When he gets excited or finishes going to the bathroom, he will kick his back feet and growl and bark. It is the cutest thing ever. -He also is not very agile. He often tries to jump up on the bed off of the ramp and misses and lands face first into the side of the mattress. -He hates it when daddy kisses mommy and gets really upset and starts barking. He doesn't want daddy to hurt mom. Even when we are just playing around and joking, if dh touches me, he gets upset -Couver is very cuddly, especially at night. He loves to curl at my chest under the covers and fall asleep. Whenever I'm on the couch, he has to be at least touching me, whether it be by my side or by my feet. -He is very vocal and uses lots of different noises to tell us what he wants. -Couver enjoys treats, but is more motivated by praise. He just wants to do good things so mom will be happy. -He is definitely a mommy's boy. He likes dh, but if I'm around... forget dad! Khloe: -She is one happy go lucky girl. She loves to give kisses to the cats and sometimes Couver. I think she really loves the kitties and wants to play and be friends but the cats really are not interested in a relationship with her. -She also gives lots of kisses to mom and dad. I think it's her favorite thing to do. -She is the opposite of Couver and hates to cuddle. If I move her close to me to cuddle, within a few seconds... she moves back to where she was. -She is very independent and really seems to love Couver over the humans in the family. -She LOVES to eat. She will eat anything and everything. She is constantly searching the ground for good things to eat. She is very food motivated and has been known to steal from her brother.

| Troy: When I'm coming up the stairs he'll growl and bark with excitement. When I'm laying down he'll plop himself right near my boobs and lay his head right in the middle of them. Then peak up and as if he were saying " This is the right spot. You don't object do you?" When he's eating, he'll throw up a kibble and when it falls he'll attack it When my daughter is doing her homework, he'll sit on it. If she moves him, he'll come back and tap his foot on the paper trying to hit her pencil. |

| Darwin is a little dancing machine - I think he spends more time on his feet, waving his paws, then actually on all fours. He does this with anyone we meet or when he wants to get my attention. He's extremely camera shy; as soon as I bring out the camera he thinks it's a weapon and take off - frustrating! He loves to cuddle but if he thinks he's in trouble, he'll take off and go sit in his chair. Mabel sounds a lot like Liz. She absolutely loves our Pyrenees x Zain. She stands as tall as she can (which isn't much) and torments Zain by jumping up at his face. It's actually up to his knee caps. She will go under Darwin's legs - she's almost getting to big to do that. She's cuddly but likes to be on her own also. She stands up like a bear cub when she's trying to see something. |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I'm beginning to think Yorkies are part dog, part cat. Tallulah does the sitting on the keyboard thing when I'm typing. And she does the disdainful look when I want her to do something that she's not interested in. She is the least motivated by praise and attention of any dog I've ever had, yet she's also the most affectionate when she wants to be. She also can't tolerate being alone except when it's her choice to wander off. |
