| New Morkie Mami Hi! I'm so excited! First of all, I am a college student from Puerto Rico. Sometimes I get very lonely, so I decided to look for some company. When I started researching the Yorkies I instantly fell in love with them. Then I found YT and I've been reading and learning about them for a few months now. Yesterday I went to see a beautiful Morkie Puppy! She stole my heart I saw both her parents and they are so cute and healthy. The puppy is 11 weeks old and I'm bringing her home next Sunday. I'm so happy and nervous at the same time. I've never had a dog before but I understand the responsibility and costs that comes with it. I'm the most nervous about the puppy meeting my cat Sushi. Sushi is 3 years old and she is the only pet that lives in my house. She is a 100% indoor cat and I don't know how she will react when she sees the puppy. The puppy will be living with me in my apartment but 2 or 3 weekends per month we'll be at my house. If anyone has an advice on how to introduce them, I'll be really grateful. I don't want Sushi to feel like I replaced her, I love her so much! Also, I will try to train the puppy to use the litterbox, so wish me good luck. I attached a picture I googled of a puppy that looks just like her. P.S. English is my second language, so excuse any grammar errors |
