| Finally feels like home... Last night I was finally able let Harley into the rest of the apartment. I can't believe it took me 2.5 months to unpack... it was soooo cute. he was confused and didn't know what to do or where to go lol. Then he curled up on the couch with me and watched TV. it was so nice. Now lets all pray he doesn't pay on the one small stupid area of carpet... I'm making him a second grid tray tomorrow so he has two bathrooms.

| yeah he has definitely figured out that likes to jump on the couch.... he's also found every possible speck of lint in the apartment, he has an obsession with lint lol it's so nice to be in the kitchen working and see him running around.... So long as he doesn't pee on the carpet we'll be good.

| I'm sure he will promise not to pee on the carpet, because he really likes having the whole place to run around in.

| Apartment living Come January I will be moving into my first apartment. This will be quite the change for my two yorkies as they are used to living in a house with a backyard that they can easily access to go potty. They are trained to go to the bathroom outside, not on pee pads. I will be living on the second floor and dont want to have to be running up and down stairs several times a day just to make sure they dont go on the carpet! My question is how do others living in apartments deal with this issue? I will have a balcony and i have heard some people talking about using a grid?? Can someone explain to me what that is? |
