| "Happy" is really finding himself! Happy is doing so wonderful, he is really finding his inner doggy and it is amazing to watch. When I came home this week he was like a new dog, racing around, dancing, wagging his stubby tail, then onto the couch he goes to lay on his side and some times back, wiggling his feet, chuffing and snorting. He has also been sitting on the couch and putting the front two paws on a pillow and "digging" really fast, it is hysterical, he looks tickled to be doing it. He goes on Monday to the Vet for his follow up from his surgeries and I am excited for them to see the change in him. His only issue, is he really doesn't care for the kitties, he doesn't want them near me lol. We are still working on this. However, there are times where the cats will saunter by and he doesn't seem to care - odd little creature. He is starting to use his piddle pads, I tried everything to get him to use them finally I just started putting them every where he had and accident (after I cleaned it up) and now he seems to be partial to the kitchen, we have had two nights in a row of pad usage yeah! |

| Way to go Happy! I love reading about Happy because Brandi and Happy have such similar stories even in the way they are blossoming. Quote:
It's official, Happy and Brandi are brother and sister. Brandi is exactly the same way, she gets jealous of my cat but even that is starting to subside. They both now can lay on me without Brandi growling at the kittyI've worked hard to get her to stop and she is so much better now. Every time she would growl at the kitty or if Brandi tried to chase her away, I would firmly say no to her. Of course this doesn't work on the kitty when she takes a swat at Brandi for getting to close to her. Cats are so independent it's hard getting them to understand it's not nice to scratch up her lil sister. She just ignores me....you know how cats are. | A feisty yorkie! I guess that's what you get for relieving him of his pain! I'm so glad to see he's feeling great and is a happy HAPPY. Yorkies like to dig. So does mine. I suppose it is the terrier. It looks like he is jealous of you, too! It's always so nice to read his updates. I'll bet the dr won't recognize him! I'm sure the pad use and his success will eventually come because he will do anything to please you.
