| ![]() My 12 week old puppy for the past two days has peed on himself while sleeping. He will be sleeping then all of a sudden start whimpering and acting like he is running. I guess he is dreaming. Then I go to move him and he is soaking wet. I am tired of having to give him a bath everyday! Is this a phase or should I get him checked out?? Thanks! |

| ![]() I would call the breeder and find out a bit more from them, if there is something that was going on during the weening process that lead to this and if they encountered it. I've never seen or heard of a dog doing this, so I cannot provide advice. |

| ![]() I think it's very important that you get him to your Vet ASAP. Are you sure he's dreaming or could he possibly be having a seizure? During seizures a dog can lose his urine. I don't want to scare you, but if it is a seizure he should be seen by a Vet immediately. Good luck and keep us posted!

| ![]() Maybe you could take a video of your pup while he's sleeping and see if you can catch what you are describing and take the video with you to the vet and get their opinion. Good Luck!! |

| ![]() Once every few months my yorkie will wet the bed during the night--my bed! It doesn't happen often. But if it happens two nights in a row, I take her to the vet because it means that she has a bladder infection. |

| ![]() Maybe you can ask the vet about a bladder infection too. It might be a symptom. I hope your baby gets better!
