If I get her it will take most of our extra money .and then you never know if if an emergency comes up.

Hey girl. Complicated huh? It sounds as though the lady really wants you to have her and was willing to do the payment thing. (Maybe a hidden blessing in there?) Maybe with a clear plan, you and your husband can do a little at a time. Without taking from your cushion. I am all about the cushion. You never know when an emergency will come up. However I have something I say to myself whenever I am stressed about the future: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. I recognize the amount of love and respect you have for your hubby. If you decide to get her I know you will both be great parents.
