| Nice People I must apologise to everyone who answered my post. Since then we have experienced hurricane Wilma, and she left us with a whole mess out our back yard. Two huge trees came down, thankfully not on our house. But now we have to clear the mess away and it's a job I can tell you. So I haven't had much time to get on my computer. I will read all your letters and get back to you soon. Thanks everyone. Hugs Jean and Penny. |

| For Katrina, we had tons of trees down. Luckily, none in our yard. But, down all through out the Houma-Thibodaux area. A few fell on houses and messed up roofs. We were without power for 3 days. But, way more fortunate than New Orleans. We were on the "weaker" west side of Katrina and did not get the storm surge. 2 months later, debris is still piled along the highway. |
