| Hiking trip in Shenandoah with Tinkerbell We just got back from a week long hiking trip in Shenandoah, Va and I wanted to share our photos. I had posted about a month ago asking for advice on a good backpack carrier just in case Tinkerbell got too tired to walk. Well I took one along and never had to use it! Tink had more energy than even myself or my Dh. She kept right up with us even on the steepest, longest hikes. We all had such a great time and everyone that we met on the trail was really impressed with Tink. I will post a bunch of pics here as I get them loaded. |

| Those are great pics - I'm glad Tinkerbell had no problem keeping up, but not at all surprised. When we took Darwin hiking with us he was crazy with energy, wanting to smell everything and anything. It sounds like you had an excellent trip! |

| Can you spot the Yorkie? LOL, my dh and I joked that if it wasn't for the pink leash you wouldn't be able to see Tink in this photo. She blended right in with the leaves.. Tink slept very well every night after all the walking she did...LOL... So did we!! |

| What fun! Your pics are great. When we were in Portland with Chewie, we went hiking by Multnomah Falls. He really enjoyed nature, and he LOVED seeing all the other people and dogs that we saw. He's such a little social bug!

| It's beautiful there! Tink is beautiful, too. Thanks for sharing the fun with us, too. It looks like fun. I love beautiful places like that in the country. You are going to have to do that again. Now you don't have to wonder if it will be too much for her.

| Thanks everyone. We sure did have a great time. I am so proud of Tink. She was awesome. I have learned that her small size does not slow her down one little bit. The last day we were there we went on a 8 mile hike and she did so good. I won't be underestimating her again. |
