| Exciting news! I havent posted in a long time and I'm sad about that but I had some family things that where going on that really took me to a low in my depression but I'm back and have some really excited news! Ok my mom and dad are rescuing a teapot yorkie tomorrow! My parents live 30 minutes from me and Callie who live with my grandparents so we see each other often and although my mom has two beagle mixes they are older and dont play with Callie and well honestly beagles are much different then yorkies . My mom knows most of the differences and stuff she is going to have to do and she knows she cannot slack on the shoots, heart worm meds and such like she sometimes does with her beagles especially sense she plans on having him around Callie a lot and taking him to dog events like we like to do with Callie. She is very excited for me to teach her how to brush teeth and everything. Ok more about the yorkie there getting! His name is Sammy and he is 3 (same a Callie) he is a teapot (same as Callie just 2 or 3 pounds lighter) they also have him in a puppy cut like Callie! He is potty trained and they think he is fixed and he is up to date on shoots. My dads friend got him and they have a jack russel terrier and apparently he just beats up on the poor thing and they think its best to let him go so my dad went and meet Sammy and said the poor thing was just shaking and scared acting and just felt so bad for him and thought he would be the perfect buddy for Callie. So they have been out of town for the weekend and are going to pick him up on there way home tomorrow! There are going to get him go home to get my dad ready for work (he normally doesn't work nights but he is for this week) then they are coming here and my dad is going to go off to work leaving my mom and Sammy here and we are going to go to the pet store and come back to my house for a while then me and my grandma will take my mom and Sammy back to there house. I am soooo excited!! Callie is not mean ever she loves dogs and people but I was just wondering if there was a certain way to introduce them?

| Hey, glad to hear from you! We were wondering where you were! Sounds like you are doing better. As for the pups, I would introduce them slowly. Take your time and let them take their time getting to know each other. |

| How exciting! We've missed you! I hope he doesn't beat up on Cally if he beats up on the JR. If it were me, I would introduce them in a neutral place - not your home. Let us know how they both get along. Have fun!

| Wow, how exciting for you and your mom! Getting a Yorkie is such an amazing experience! I'd love to get another one, but I have two already, lol. I have some advice for when they meet each other... take them for a walk. When your dad drops off your mom, meet them outside and either drive to a park or wherever you can walk them together. Dogs don't walk with their enemies, so they will like the dog they are walking with. After an half hour walk, simply walk them into your home. If you drove to a park, keep their leashes on and walk them into the house, just like you were walking at the park. They will accept each other much more quickly this way. Also, take away all Callie's toys and introduce them slowly. Start with the least interesting toys and end with the toys that Callie loves most. If there are any tense moments between the two Yorkies (staring at each other, etc.), just get up and walk away. This breaks the tension and because they will probably follow you, they will forget about the issue. I hope that helps! Enjoy your mom's new teapot (I have a teapot too and I love it: so much more to love!)

| Its was to late to go for a walk by the time they got here and we needed to get to petsmart before they closed so we loaded in the car and went to petsmart to get him a harness and a few other things after they ran around the house for a bit and that went well. Callie was soooo happy! I took some pictures with my cell when we were at the store. First picture is Sammy on the left and Callie on the right. Second picture is Sammy on the left and Callie on the right. Third picture is Callie on the right then Sammy left and my grandma pushing the cart. Last picture is Callie on the right and Sammy on the left.

| OMG, they look like TWINS! They were made for each other. PS - I think Callie is a version of Jackson with floppy ears, lol. She, well, both of them remind me a ton of Jackson. I hope if we ever do a meet-up since we're so close, I'll get to meet both!

| The are adorable! They like to switch around don't they? They could be brother and sister! Nothing like a yorkie to lighten you spirits! Now you can all go shopping together from now on! Good luck with everything! I just noticed you're from Waldorf, we used to visit all the time when I was little, my uncle lived down there. I loved to go since we would always go visit Washington DC! It was such a pretty area!
