| Zach and Zoe's First Fall This will be Zach and Zoe's first fall with us. I had to get them new sweaters. I thought they looked so cute I just had to post some photos of them. PS Notice how big Zach's ears are. We measured them to be almost four inches. Is that big for Yorkie's ears or is it because he has such a small face. |

| I think they both look cute in their fall sweaters. His ears are a little large for a yorkie but if he is young he may grow into them. When Ben was a young pup (as in my avatar pics taken years ago) he had big ears too. He has since grown into them. But ya gotta love them big ears and all! I used to call Ben, Dumbo for a while. Mean Mommy! Luckily he loves being called anything as long as it is with a sweet voice. Officially, the Yorkshire Terrier standard has this to say about ears: "Ears are small, V-shaped, carried erect and set not too far apart. " But that is only important if you are going to show or breed. Otherwise, big ears? "All the better to hear you with Yorkie Mom!"

| Lacie's ears looked quite large on her when she was 8wks, but she seems to be growing into them. How old are Zach and Zoe? They are so cute!

| Zach is 6 months old and Zoe is 11 montbs old. In a way we're hoping that his ears stay big because he looks so cute. My friend says his ears are so big if we tied flags on them he could land planes at the airport. |

| Brandi is 9 years old she has a couple of satellite dishes for ears. But it's only noticable when her hair is cut short. Her ears are huge for such a tiny little body. Even with ears that can hear a pin drop from a mile away, she still has selective hearing. I can call Brandi and she may or may not come (that's why I don't let her off the leash outside until she comes everytime). |
