| I just reported this to our local humane society. They looked it up and it is being stepped up. They were not happy.THey have a mass e-mail list that they will be sending out to get the word out. I pray these guys are caught soon. |

| Hopefully they get caught. Passing around the video of the girl throwing puppies in the river got her identified. Does anyone have the link to that story.

|  Saddens me that two boys could both think that was something to do. If they don't get caught now, I imagine one or both will be arrested for doing something evil to a person before long. That is serial killer pre-activity.  Poor little puppy.

| That is sadistic. They clearly need to seek professional help. That kind of behavior only gets worse as it progresses, photo shopped or not, even to "photo shop" it is sickening. I live in in California...
