| Upcoming dental..need suggestions Sorry for these threads I start..lol..But I seem to think of something everyday that I need answered..lol... Roxie has an appt. coming up for her dental, they arent in terrible shape, but the vet thinks a cleaning is necessary. Anyways, I have 2 options. Option 1: Take her to the vet that did her shots, but they put her under to do the cleaning; Option 2: Use the vet that I used in the past for my beloved chihuahua, who has passed on..This vet said he uses mild sedation, but they dont go completely under, and he is actually cheaper. I need advice, is it better for them to be completely under or just mildly sedated? Thanks. |

| Well I just got home with my babie from a dental appt. My vet puts them under. You have to be comfortable with your choice. I would say follow your heart. |
