I too, am so glad that you rescued this pup in time! Who knows who he would've ended up with, had the "finders" placed him elsewhere.
I love the name you gave him; looking at his photos, the name fits him perfectly. How big is he...he looks like he's on the "tea pot" end of the scale.

I am going to make this short & sweet b/c it has been a very busy few days both emotionally & physically. I wanted everyone to know that we found the baby his home. I knew in my brain that, because of Maddie (not to mention my husband becoming an absolute flippazoid... ) we couldn't have kept him, that information apparently never made it into my heart. It is crazy how quickly they just snatch up your heart as if it belonged to them all along.

Does this mean you found his owners ? Or found him a new home ?

You must be so sad and happy at the same time! After you've had this little one for a few days, I'm sure you got attached! On the other hand, I cant even imagine how happy the owner is to get back their baby! Thank you for caring so much!

I was going to tell you not to feel alone that your heart got involved with this little guy. I picked a little 3 pounder up off a railroad track here one morning - took him to work with me. Found the owner (ugh - not very good either) and had to leave him with these awful people by the end of the day and I felt terrible. Know what? When I went to hand him to them, he put on his brakes. He didn't want to go home again. Now, think how much worse that made me feel!

I often wonder what happened to the little guy.
