Lol, it seems like every time I order something for Rizzo he outgrows it before it even arrives. I'd say get it in it's smallest size, you'd be surpised on how quick these guys grow

I have the same problem with my Shorkie and my Yorkie. Some smalls are too tight for Zach who is almost 5 lbs. I think it depands on the manufacturer. I have the smae problem with my Shorkie. She started out with x small and now she is wearing medium she's about 12 lbs. One coat I got her in large and it fits her. It's so hard to order clothes for puppys because by the time it comes in the mail they outgrow it.

She will probably grow into it, but I know with my dogs, they are very long and thin and things tend to be too big girth-wise and not long enough to cover their whole backs.

I've had good luck with Kwigy-Bo though. Just be careful as some of their things run REALLY small (their size chart seems accurate though) and she will definitely continue to grow. Good luck!

And of course if Poppy stays small and doesn't grow into it, you just have to get a second Yorkie so you will be able to use it and Poppy will have a friend to play with

I will post the link to the site i got the coat from when i get home as i am at work at the moment and the site is saved onto my computer. Sylvia i think Poppy is enough of a handful for me at the moment i am already an eratic mother just think what i would be like with two i would never sleep haha. xxx

Natasha, I had the same problem with Neo when he was a baby. I couldn't find a harness to fit him because he was so small. But lo and behold, when he turned about 4 months old he hit a growth spurt and now, at 18 months and 9 lbs, he actually wears a medium in most t-shirts and jackets and coats are easier to find to fit him now! Your little Poppy will get there before you know it, so I'd definitely get her the cute coat now!
