So, we met at the park today and Buddy did really well with her dogs. She fell instantly in love and decided that she wanted to name him Levi

He went home with her and even jumped right into her car.

I feel so good knowing what type of home he will live in and that he will be well taken care of. She is going to schedule his neuter and teeth cleaning soon. I will also get to see him quite often, and I think he's going to do great at her house.

Levi is going to be so happy

Awww; what a cutie he is. I don't understand how anyone could get rid of that cute little thing. I hope he has truly found his forever home.

So I've been talking a lot with Buddy/Levi's new owner, and she has finally decided on Eli for his name because he responds well to it. She said he has been doing well, but took him to the vet and found that he had a bladder infection. The vet says he's completely healthy otherwise

She says he's been wonderful but one of her older males is having issues with him and has attacked him a couple of times. Eli fought back and caught the other dog on his ear and caused him to bleed. She is really hoping that they are able to figure things out soon... I'm a little worried, but she said things looked a lot better today between the dogs.

He is absolutely in love with the golden (Jake), but the black shih-tzu is the one that has issues with him.

Hopefully the will all be able to work through their spat and things will settle down. They don't call then shih tsu for nothin'

I like the name Eli. I guess he does like the golden. It really shows in the pictures. Those two are definitely liking each other. I hope the other little one accepts him.

Thank you for taking the time to share these with us. It's always so nice to see the follow-up. He's such a cute little guy and I'm so glad you saved him.
