| I hope your appointment goes well. Are they going to do an ultra sound? That's the best way to tell this early if there is a pregnancy or not. I don't believe that that the vet will accept any responsibility. If at all possible, to avoid this in the future, I would go ahead with the spay even if she isn't pregnant. Talk to your "house" vet and see what they recommend now that some time has passed and she has had her first heat.
