There are FOUR leash straps inside, which I didn't know before it came!! So you're good to go...and can add another baby! (They were under the pad, which came pre-velcroed in.) I put a baby blanket in mine cuz the pad is tarp-like material. I felt like I got a few funny looks in Petco today...I think people were like "Really?! She needs a stroller in here?" But I was TEST DRIVING....duh!! lol

I don't think its silly at ALL to take it in Petco/Petsmart. Whenever I take mine in stores with lots of other dogs (we have Petsmart) mine ALWAYS get put in a cart. I have had a few "bad" experiences and so I would just rather keep them up and contained.

Ummm, hello!! You're a genious!! I wanted to do the very same thing, but I couldn't figure out how I'd be able to make it work. Mesh laundry bag (I'm assuming?) cut to fit over the stroller...girl! That's some ingenuity!

Now that I have it, I'll use my pet stroller obviously, but I WISH I'd seen your handiwork before now!!

You know, I was never into the whole stroller for dogs thing. But now I think I may get one. After our trip to MA it sure would have been nice to have pushed them around in a stroller rather than carry them in their bag, they get heavy after awhile.
I like the jogging ones, that is a great idea.

Thank you! Yes, it is a mesh laundry bag. i paid a dollar for the laundry bag and a dollar for the Velcro and 20 for the stroller at a used baby store. i suddenly found myself broke when i got custody of my brother and sister so i had to get creative so i could have the things i want.

Thank you for sharing photos with us to show how you made a baby stroller into a dog stroller.

Our neighborhood is having community garage sales tomorrow and Saturday. I am hoping I can find a nice stroller for my little yorkie.

Great idea to use a mess laundry bag as the cover for the stroller. I have also seen mesh like this at "Babies R Us" that is put over a stroller. Never thought about this being the perfect stroller for my yorkie.... a "baby" stroller!

Baby Strollers are also made much sturdier than most of the dog strollers I have seen in the local pet stores.

I can now hardly wait until I can go "shopping" thru our neighborhood tomorrow morning to hopefully find the perfect stroller for my two pups!

I am also hoping to find a few more onesies for both of my pups since they are having their spay and neuter surgeries tomorrow.
