You should REALLY read what Rachel is typing....she TYPED she DID ask her parents MANY times that week if they were ok with it. They said YES! Now...Rachel is not a mind reader. If her parents had a problem with it..they should have told her the many times she asked that week!! If they didnt say anything..how is she suppose to know?


My dog has vomitted on my parents carpet before...my dad didnt even flinch. I ran to clean it up quickly. You know what he told me? "Awwe dont worry about it..things happen!" Thank god for my parents who always believed not to sweat the little things in life. As long as your happy and healthy, the little things can be fixed.

hmmm. 'bout thirty years ago, I was strictly a cat person. Thought dogs were an unnecessary blight on the planet.. They drool and smell bad. My 'rents had a white toothless old toy poodle that went everywhere with them. They lived 2000 miles away and didn't visit often but it annoyed the hell out of me when they did and brought that damn dog. It was outrageous, they cooked its food, they let it on my furniture, it whined, puked, occasionally made messes and just generally got on my nerves. So, it's probably not a case of not having been asked, it's probably just that she doesn't really like being around the dogs period. Combine that with hormone imbalances and give it up.

oh, btw, somewhere along the line, I changed my views on dogs...thank you Baxter....
