| Had to share!!! My Poppy is now 8weeks old. When she had her injection the other day the vet said give it 3days and then you can train her to go outside in your garden for potty Anyway i am going to start train her tomorrow because she is weeing and pooping all over the place. Se is sooo fast i tried my best to try and teach her to go on her pad. Anyway ALL day today she has used her pad for poops and wee wees..... i am sooo proud of her, we have not had one slip up so far I am in shock that she has learnt so quick. I know we will have alot more accidents. My question now is how on earth do i train her to go outside if she thinks she has to go on puppy pads. I dont want to confuse her but i really do want her to go outside. What a clever little girl i have xxxxx

| Hello again Just took Poppy up to see one of my best firneds at her house and OMG she was sooo good. She had a wee o her puppy pad which i was so shocked about because she was in a new place etc but nope she did it on her pad, how good is she! Then we showed her our ''sit'' which Poppy has learnt so so well. She comes when she is called so she knows her name 100%. I am so happy with her. I still cant believe she can do all this and she is just 8weeks old and weighs 1.4lb!! I have one clever little yorkie!!

Hmm...Lexi knew automatically where to pee and poo on her pee pad when we got her at about 3 months, but it's hard to train her to ONLY pee and poo outside. The moment I move the pee pad the moment she pees in the usual spot without the peepad =S I've gotten her used to pooing outside around 4-6 o clock when we go for walks. S When I say "find a spot and potty" she ususally knows what that means and does her business. She also has a poo spot outdoors which is somewhere on the sidewalk, not the grass. Still working on the mornings. I have to get up at 530am, but she doesn't seem to want to do it outdoors, she'll wait till she gets back in doors. There was a few successful times i got her to pee out in the morning, but not poo =( Goodluck!. YOrkies are VERY smart dogs
