People are getting sicker....girl throws six puppies in the river!

If all of you who has not seen the video yet, DO NOT watch it. I only watched 2 seconds of it and cannot get that image out of my head. It's been hours! Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Ugh what is left to say. I stupidly watched the video and have been in tears for about 10mins! Them poor poor little puppies! How could someone do this They all look around the size and colour of my Poppy, i feel totally heart broken as if she was throwing my Poppy into that cold water to die! I cant believe she did this, she looks not bothered at all by what she is doing! I hope she gets found, arrested and charged for animal cruilty! I feel so upset i cant stop crying!

What State did this happen. I checked into animal cruelty laws and found this:

Under current felony animal cruelty statutes in most of the 41 states of the United States which have them, cruelly killing an animal is punishable by prison terms of no more than a year or two. There are a few exceptions, such as Washington State, where the maximum sentence is 5 years; and Louisiana, where the maximum is 10 years.

I hope this happened in Louisiana! Can't believe there are 9 States with no animal cruelty law.

I read that they tracked the vido down to Bosnia, and many animal rights groups are determined to find the perpetrators !

Thanks for sharing. It's still horrible but somehow helps to know it did not happen in the US. I wonder if Bosnia has animal cruelty laws. If not, she's going to get off free even if she's found.

This is the main thing I picked up on from that video. This little sicko's actions looked so non chalant...so easy for her. Like she had done it before. She even made a "weeeee" noise as she hurled one of them. Poor babies.....

This is absolutely heartwrenching... Why not just take them to a shelter? Was it really necessary to do that? It just tore me up hearing those babies crying... I cannot imagine how they felt being tossed in the water

I could not watch the video because I know it would haunt me. I just cannot believe how anyone could be so evil. I hope they get the punishment they deserve.

I'm surprised that it was a female, but that is all that surprises me. In this particular case, I don't believe it is the actions of a future serial killer. I don't believe she was doing anything out of the ordinary... for her or for the environment in which she lives. I am NOT defending her actions. My heart breaks for those babies, dying that way, alone in that freezing water. But, there are people that view animal life as less than human life and think nothing of drowning puppies and kittens. I know people that value dogs but not cats. They would never drown puppies, but would definitely drown a litter of kittens. It is all relative to what people appreciate and what they don't. The Bosnian authorities may be forced to take action only because they were stupid enough to post the recording and public outrage will force them to do something. Not unlike the British twit that threw the cat in the trashcan on camera and rained outrage on her head. There are adults in this country that drown litters in rivers and lakes everyday. They usually put them in sacks. And they are not stupid enough to speak of it. As the earlier poster mentioned having been in law enforcement, I'm sure they know guys that used cats for target practice late at night, also. I do. I let them know what I think of it, as well.

Most animal haters that are going to be serial killers enjoy torturing animals, not so much casual disposal of them as is the case here. Tossing litters is cheaper than spaying and neutering nowadays. Sad but true. If there were free spay/neuter programs, it would go a long way towards preventing these kind of incidents and solving our overcrowded shelter problems.

this still haunts me.. My boyfriend suggested he should babysit Bailey while I get some rest for an early shift tomorrow.. He's right.. I woke up numerous times just to hug him..
