| ? for the bargain hunters & mods... I'm not sure where this question should be or if anyone would (besides me!) would be interested but here goes. I love to find items either for general use or for my furkids and "repurpose" them. I think that the thread about "Awesome Craigs List Find" is well...awesome! Could we have a section like that here? I know that there are some serious bargain-hunters on here and it would be fun to see what people are coming up with and what kinds of deals and steals they're finding... just a thought |

Kind of a friendly brag page-like the x-pen for $5 or "hey look at what I bought for $xx and this is what I'm going to use it for" | |

IWAY, are you talking about a kind of trash to treasures forum? We occasionally have people post how they've found something at the dollar store or garage sale, and made something from it. I can remember one person who bought pink leg warmers at the dollar store and made a sweater and hat for her little yorkie, it was so cute! If you have items that you have found and remade or reused, feel free to write a thread about it, if it's dog related you can post it in general, otherwise you can post it in off-topics. Maybe if you inspire enough people to write threads, we can use have another forum, but I doubt if we have enough threads right now on that to make up a forum. Another idea is you can make a "trash to treasures" thread, and show things you've made, and maybe others will post their finds too.

| Nancy- yes that's pretty much what I'm talking about. I love to see what others have done with their "found" items and sometimes I'll give it a try myself Just posting it on the General Board or Off Topic is fine with me,I'm looking forward to seeing how creative everyone is! Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I'd like to see that. I'm really starting to get in to the whole "repurposing" trend. I think it would be fun to see what creative ideas people have come up with.
