I already asked that. And Nancy answered. Does everyone have me on ignore or what? That would explain a lot the past few days. Nancy says it's possibly Romanian, and that the owner of that site gets notifications every time there's a post or update to this thread. As to why? We don't know. And as to why that strange kissing position? I super don't know why.
