				   |      River rock or pea gravel?  Which is safer for them.  We are thinking about putting some type of small rock in a small area in our yard.    Thanks!!

				   |      Pass on the pea gravel.  Go for river rock, as long as it is the kind that is large enough not to be ingested or to be a choking hazard.     |

				   |      Id go with the river rock.  I have it in my backyard in a homemade stream and have never had any problems.  Its pretty to look at also

				   |      Go with the river rock. I have an area of pea gravel. They get it stuck in the pads and drag it up to the patio. Never though of the chocking issue. Oh, well-dh go get that out of the yard
