| She is 10 weeks old now, but in the picture i think she is 4weeks old. I dont have any idea how much she weighs right now? Is this something i should ask the breeder or does it not really matter?? xxx

| Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | Yeah I think you should ask the breeder how much she weighs now just to make sure she is a healthy weight ![]() Also it may give you some sort of idea on how big she might be fully grown.

My baby's name is Rosie! I love that you went with Rosie. I hope she is as sweet as my Rosie! Poppy is a very cute name. I think you should go for it! It sounds like it is the name you think fits her! Good luck with your baby! | |

| I think the name that speaks to your soul when you see your baby is the one they should have. It should be Poppy.

| Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | Aww so will you have her by the weekend? And how old will she be when you get her? Poppy is 10 weeks old now (11 weeks on Friday) and will be going for her first walk at newburn park on saturday ![]() You sound like you have everything ready for her coming home.. all I can say is get some sleep while you can because she will probably cry through the night for the first week or so, I know my Poppy would wake every 2 hours crying just for a cuddle bless her! but shes fine now and sleeps right through the night without a peep! Cant wait to see photos of your Poppy when she comes home

| I lost my little Yorkie girl about a year ago, but I always thought she had the perfect name for her tiny treasured little self. She went by TRINKET. I am about to get another (will be my third, had the other two for good long lives) so I too, am looking for girl names. |

| YorkieTalk Newbie! | I am waiting for my little baby's birth. Any day now! I am selecting a little girl and have decided not to give her a "human" name. So, I have quite a list that is growing and growing. I think I've settled on the perfect one, since I refer to her by it and she isn't even born yet! I won't reveal until she is actually at home. Good luck with your new baby! I can't wait for mine! |

| I agree with one of the posters on here. When you see your puppy for the first time, what name comes in to your heart for him or her? I was lucky enough to adopt an 8 month old Yorkie in Oct 2009, her name was Sassy. Which did not suit her. She is a little spunky , but more of a sweet loving little dog, the first name I thought of was Bella. My husband wanted to name her Brooklyn, so we put them together and now we have Miss BellaBrooklyn.... SHe is an adorable lil dog.... |
