| My Dillon will only howl when I start sneezing. It is so cute. If I sneeze three times in a row he will just about always start howling. It's like his way of saying 'Bless you'. I have another male that will howl only when a female is in heat. He sounds so mournful. |

| Rosie howls everyday when I come home from work. She starts barking first then starts howling. It is most definitely when she is excited. But I love it and tend to encourage her to do it. |
