Let's see...Winston is perfectly trained, 100%, never ever goes potty inside. But he doesn't really bark or let me know when he has to go outside. He just simply disappears, and I'll find him at the back door with his nose in the crack...waiting for it to open. I swear, if he could he would open the door, go out and do his doggie business and come right back in. He is such a good boy, always has been...sometimes I think he was born trained. I truly believe he would explode before going potty in the house. I don't know how I got so lucky, but I'm glad I did. |
Pixie, will be sitting next to me on the couch and than the next thing I know she is in front of me, ears up and starts to growl and then will bark if I don't get right up and take her outside. She'll most of the time will peep outside, but there are times when you think she has to go she doesn't. She just wants to see what is out there an most of the time nothing. Sometimes after taking her out she'll go into another part of the basement and peep's on the floor. Poop is another story. She'll always will go out side in the morning, but sometime during the day it is on my carpet in the livingroom. She'll poop twice a day. |
Rosie (6 months old) runs to the front door as fast as her legs can carry her. If I don't get there RIGHT away she will still pee on the floor but that is coming less and less. I do wish she would bark or let me know some other way! |
Well, Penny just barked in her bedroom. She went pooped on her pee pad. She is trained to go outside and she does. However she saves poop for inside on her pee pad. She is always so proud and barks if we don't notice. She gets a treat for hitting the pad. Gets a treat for outside too. We like the pee pad thing as come winter the snow can get 6 foot here. |
