| OMG, please help! I was just playing with the pups and all of a sudden, Oliver started making this noise that was kind of like the noise that you make when you swish mouthwash around in your mouth. Then he threw up (foamy, no food) and fell on his side while his legs were "running". He hopped up after like 5 seconds and is acting fine now, but it was really really scary! Has this happened to anyone else? He threw up yesterday (same foamy kind), but this falling on his side thing is new to me. He has a vet appt on Friday for his rabies shot, should I wait till then or take him in now? |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | That would scare me enough to go in right away - not the throwing up part ....but the falling over part....how old is he ? talk to your vet asap and ask them about this - - but I would wait on the Rabies shot till you know he's ok.....I never saw my girls do that - they got sick yes...but never fell over like that - To me - this would warrant a fast trip to the vet - GOOD LUCK !!!! I hope he's ok ...how scary for you |

| Please try to get to your vet asap, this also appears to me to be a seizure of some sort. |

| Sugar shock If you pup throws up bile and no food is mixed in, his belly is empty, look at his gums, if they are pale, give him a good squirt of pancake syrup. Foaming throwup is stomach bile & acid. Let us know how his gums look. Virginia
