| Yeah! He's just a growing boy, and he's in for a shock, LOL. He'll stop marking about a week after he's been fixed; no, it's not too late to stop marking, ever! |

| I have a neutered 3 yr. old who marks everything in sight when he is outside. Inside he is a good boy, but outside.....oh my.

| I'm not an expert, but I do know that if they are fixed early (by 6 mo) they won't lift their leg or mark.

| Work with him. If I could teach a diligent inside marker to completely stop the behavior, you can teach a 6 month old that just started. Belly bands, are a good tool to help with this behavior.

| Hi Vicky, I did not get Zeke fixed until he was approxiately 9 mo. old, and he doesn't mark anywhere. But, all dogs are different, so will probably just have to wait and see. Hope all goes well. Zeke did great. Of course, Frank sat and held him for two days after he was fixed so that he would not bother his stitches, but he never did. By the thrid day he was totally back to his normal self. |

| Don't worry I took a photo of the spot when Teegy first cocked his leg. I'm such a saddo. Teegy, although I've never caught him, we believe is peeing at my friends place where there is a boy dog and he pooped once on their floor. I now believe it was him as he did the same thing at my brother's where there is also a boy dog. I've been told this is territorial. |

| Hot Rod didn't lift his leg until after he was neuter at 6 1/2 mos. He only lifts a marks outside. I didn't think that he would lift since he hadn't done it before being fixed. I saw him lift it once inside and he was unsure of doing it on the pad, since then I've only seen him squat.
