| Benson recovering Benson is recovering from his surgery to have the stones removed from his bladder. They showed me the stones (half of them, the other half were sent to a lab) and there were at least a dozen in what they showed me. Some were very, very small, but there were some that were not so small. The first day home he slept and looked very dopey. Yesterday he was a little less dopey, and today more alert. He's still piddling though. I just mopped the floor last night and he tried to piddle right after I was finished. This morning he went to his water bowl and drank and pee'd at the same time. I hope this doesn't go on for much longer. We're so glad we got him into the vet when we did. It was very scarey. What was amazing to me is that with all of those stones, he never cried, whimpered or let us know anything. The first clue was this past week when hestarted piddling. When I saw the stones I just wanted to cry for him. |

| Glad to hear that Benson is recovering. Whenever something in wrong with my Cooper, he rarely shows any signs.....which makes things even more scary not knowing.
