Harness question

I leave Sasha's harness on all day and take it off at night. The only reason I leave it on is because if I'm gone at work, then my parents are watching her. That would be the only reason I would leave a harness on Kaji. I'd have to figure out a way to deal with the chaffing afterward. I guess I'm lucky my parents won't walk him?

I would say that if you need to take her out often, then yes but if not, it's good for her to learn to come to you when you are ready to put the harness/leash on. I'm saying this because I found some harnesses caused Duke blister like spots by their chest area if left on too long. Duke too has been fussy with getting on and off the harness but he has gotten a lot better and now learns that when I say "paw" he lifts his leg up to go through the harness.
Depending on your needs and the pup's safety, I have Duke inside while I'm at work so he does not have anything on.

Just don't make them too long, or he'll accidentally pee on them. I made long jammies for Kaji out of preemie onesies and I left them too long. I have to fold it up so he doesn't pee on them.

Ah ok good to know Haha this will have to be trial by error as I am not the most crafty person in the world, hopefully my pup won't hate me after this!!

The first time I made long sleeve tees out of onesies, was the first time I used a sewing machine! They are awful but served their purpose well. I kept putting them on, then taking them off, on and off until I got it so that it would fit without being huge. Kaji was definitely annoyed with me.

As I posted earlier, my little Oliver's new Tiffany's harness came in and here's some pics! He's been so hyper since I got home so it was hard for him to sit still but he still looks cute as ever!
