| We had out boys done at the same time...neutered and teeth. I felt terrible having it done but I knew it was the right thing for us to do. As for personality, Milo ( the youngest) was always very loving but on his own terms. Now, he is MUCH MUCH more wanting to be cuddled and loved on ! I had heard that that could happen but he really loves to be loved now where before he would stay away from you if he knew you wanted to nuzzle with him. Will say a little prayer for your baby !

| Maria ~ How is General Patton doing after his surgery? Give me all the details so I'll know what to expect Friday when Harley gets done.

| Dianne and Fellow YT'ers Well, got home about two hours ago. They called me midday to tell me his surgery had gone well. He had four puppy teeth removed, three of which had "roots"(they looked like fangs, hehe. So, he may be more sore than usual cause they had to work hard to remove those teeth with roots. They even kept them for me so I could keep. I was so excited about that because even though I had some I had found that had fallen in the past few weeks, I had not thought of asking them to hold them for me. No wonder he was having trouble eating. Poor thing. So, I am so glad now. He was so happy to see me that he piddled. I was told not to bathe him Sat. to leave the stitches 7-10 days. He also was chipped and neutered. He seems to be licking on his privates. They told me to give him something every 4-6 hours starting tomorrow, which may sedate him a little. He has eaten fine. They told me to give him just a little food and if he didn't throw it up after ten minutes to give him some more. So, that is what I did. No problems yet. He has gone up and down the stairs as though nothing has happened and then halfway down the steps he realizes he is hurting and stops for a few seconds. So far, so good. He is somewhat sleepy, but not a lot. Dianne, I worried so...but all is well. I will be thinking of you and Harley. Thanks all for your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes.

| I'm glad General Patton is doing okay and that it's all behind the two of you. The closer it gets to Friday morning the more my stomach churns worrying about how Harley will do. I can't believe I'm so nervous about it ... I just hate the thought of our babies being in any kind of pain. Is General Patton back to normal today or still pretty sore?
