Too funny. He was wanting the Biewer to not be a yorkie so bad. He trusted the wrong people out of fear of a little tri colored dog. Hey Deb...you should send him your research. Give him the real history of the Biewer and Parti.

I sent a letter to IABCA yesterday about how this whole situation hurt our breed and their show venue. I wanted them to know they had my support as long as they pursued the truth and took action against what has happened. This is the response I got. (I wrote my letter off a forward Corinne had sent me. They thought she sent the letter, but I've cleared that up.)

We thank you so much for your support. We agree it is a shame to have this happen to such a nice breed. It not only hurts Biewer folks, but it also, as you can imagine hurts us. Even if people believe us, some will be scared away of showing as they want to stay out of the fray. So even though we are completely innocent, and have acted under our duty to the exhibitors by informing them of what has transpired.It is impossible to believe the extent to which this woman will say knowing it is completely false. For instance, she is now saying she sued IABCA over the early Biewer titles that were validated and ratified retroactively by UCI. She is very well aware of the truth as she was part of the problem then. She saw the UCI email stating this titles to be valid. We now say to her, if you have this $30,000. judgement against us as you say you do "prove it" email a copy of this so called judgement to the public. It is public record if there is a lawsuit, if anyone wishes they could check it out themselves. Can you believe she would say something so false that is so easily provable?We do not wish to get into a "pissing match" forgive my language, so I am not sure how many more mass emails we are going to send in response to her lies. It looks like after we gather all information we may be forced to proceed further to stop her actions. We were trying to avoid this and just fix the problem. I believe most people will see through her and see her for what she is. We wish to take the high road.But, we are trying to contact all BTCA members to see what if any the general membership had a role in it. So please feel free to forward this to all you might think interested.

I just thought this was interesting.

I am surprised and a bit disappointed to see that kind of response from IABCA. :confused: It sounds/reads as VERY unprofessional. I really can't believe a member of the IABCA would send that out.

I guess you can doubt me if you'd like, but that's the response I got. As you can see I also had permission to cross post. I don't even know the woman, I just hate what has happened here and think justice should be served. I have titles coming from IABCA and don't appreciate the lack of credibility this puts on what my dogs rightfully earned.

I think your last sentence is the way most of us are taking this news!! They truly are wonderful loving caring furkids!

No worries. It happens to all of us. :) Just for the record, I wasn't doubting that you were being truthful....I just meant I couldn't believe that an IABCA rep would actually respond in such a manner.

If Gayle is saying she won a $30,000 lawsuit against IABCA, I for one would like to see proof of service and proof there was a hearing or a trial. I think this may be another one of those fantasies that Gayle likes to put out there when the heat is on her to change the subject.

I think the topic of this thread is that of a club president being unethical, manipulative, lieing, hurtful, to her own club and to the breed. How embarassing to walk in her shoes. And to ask members of her club to do the rotten tasks for her so her hands can look clean.

well like an earlier post said...if it were true it would be easy to prove...cause it would be of public record....anyone who knew what town it was supposedly filed in could get the information if it is there....which of course we all know it is not!!!

Heather, I received a like email from IABCA in response to my email expressing my concern. I was asked, however, if I belonged to the BTCA (which I do not, nor never did). I think they are trying to figure out if this was an act of 2 people, without knowledge of the rest of the clubs members, or if, and who, was also involved. From the email I received, I believe the IABCA will proceed with this matter, I think they are just ensuring they are doing their due diligence in ensuring innocent people are not painted with the same brush.

It's very hard for me to believe very many are envolved with this. Maybe I believe too much in the best of people, but I think most of their membership has to be snowed. I can't honestly make myself believe they would stay if they knew the truth. I think most of us just love our dogs, want to make healthy babies, and share them with the world.:cheer:
