BitterSweet I was very sad on Sunday night. I started school(finishing my Masters) my husband and I decided Romeo should not be left alone at home. We decided to have my mother in law doggy sit for us. So he's there from Sunday night to Friday night. She lives about an hour away,so taking him everyday is out of the question(especially in NY traffic). I know he's having a great time but I miss him so much. It's so strange coming home and not getting attacked with kisses. I'm just really sad because I miss him so much, but I know this is best for him.

Is Doggy Day care a possibility? Good luck on your MBA. The bright side is at least the pup is being watched but a family member, but not sure if that is good or bad.

Cool. SOunds like he is in the best care possible, and the bottom line, that is all that counts. Yeah, you miss him, but you know he is well cared for, and will soon be with you, and will always be with you after your advanced Degree. Think, your earning potential will rise after this, and you will be able to spend more on him! More Doggie Cloths, and tyips to TX to hunt Hog.
