| Dumb question here... for all you teachers....it is quite possible that dumb questions do exist...here we go... hehe What are whiskers used for? or what do they do? haha not even sure how to put it! Anyways, I was just reading a thread on someone accidently plucking their yorkie's whiskers out...and wondered what their purpose is. Reyna is my first dog ever...so these questions occassionally pop into my head. |

| OMG who would be horrible enough to pluck out their yorkies whiskers.!!! that person should be ashamed!!! (oh wait.....lol..... that was my thread)... for cats it is sort of like "sensors" so they can judge spaces.... a dogs whiskers seem kind of useless though, hehe maybe they 'sense danger'.... |
