| Yorkie Maltese needs a home A friend of mine from church sent me an email today with this listing. Maybe someone out there would be interested. This is in the Dallas area. If we were in better shape financially I'd take him in a heartbeat. Hi, I'm Bailey. I was given to my mom as a surprise present even though she has a hectic schedule and is frequently out of town and can't be home to take care of me. Fortunately for me, she knows that I will have a better life with someone else who can be home with me and she loves me enough to find that perfect home. I'm a 10 month old Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie). That apparently means I'm hypoallergenic and that I don't shed, which is sort of cool. I'm 11lbs, fully vaccinated, crate trained and potty trained. The only thing I need is to be neutered. I can sit and stay and I am learning other tricks, too! I really love people, especially kiddos. All I'm looking for are a few rubs on my head. I'm pretty funny. I like to sleep in my mom's bed when she's home and I pretend I'm as big as a Mastiff and take up the whole mattress. My mom laughs because my tongue falls out of the side of my mouth when I sleep. That's because I'm happy. I come with all of my goodies, like my crate and toys and bedding, food and bowls, and even some clothes (but really, you don't have to dress me up. Really). My mom wants to make sure that I go to a perfect new home, where I will stay forever. Do you think you can love me for that long? I promise to be the best boy in the world. If so, please email my mom: <jloliver@mail.smu.edu>. I'll require an application to be filled out, a $100 fee, and a sign off that I'll be neutered after my adoption. Thanks! Bailey |

| Bailey sure is a cutie. I wish I could get another Morkie right now, but looks like I may be rescuing a dog in the next couple of months. I just know somebody is going to scoop him up.

| I'm glad you bumped this thread...I don't think a day has gone by, that I haven't thought about that precious little pup...I, so totally, would like to have taken him, but vetting a 3rd is not in my budget right now, and I live in the Houston area, anyway..I sure hope he has found his forever home, and that it is a perfect one!!! |

| I too am glad you bumped this thread as I've been thinking about him also! I just can't take him right now. Having a maltese/yorkie mix I can assure you someone will be so happy with him! Has anyone contacted the owner to see if he's been rehomed?

| There are no post on the profile page since March so I didn't leave a message. I just sent an email to the owner. I didn't think about that.

| I emailed Bailey's owner and she replied that Bailey has a good home now. I hope he went to a loving home and will be happy.

| Bailey I've had so much going on here at home this month I haven't followed up on this. I was hoping someone from the site would take him. I did write to the owner and told her I'd posted his info on this site, but she never wrote me back. I'm glad she found him a good home too. If I had the money, I'd have taken him in a heartbeat. |
