Good job finding the principal's e-mail. I might try tomorrow and see if it is still over capacity. But, in the mean time, hopefully this person is telling the truth and is not going to raffle the Yorkie. I'll keep watching this thread for updates.

Maybe we should tell her that it would be more helpful to teach her child that there are other ways to fundraise that do not involve the exploitation of innocent animals. That would be a far better parental contribution for her girls and for humanity as a whole.

How? Wouldn't whoever had the winning raffle ticket get the dog? Is she going to pre-screen everyone before selling them a ticket to make sure they'll all be able to be a good home for the puppy? That makes no sense.
