| thinking about buying an adult yorkie Hi, I am new to this yorkie board. I do not currently have a yorkie but I am thinking of getting one. I live in New Jersey. I was wondering, does anyone know of a "reputable" breeder in Jersey that may have an adult they would like to rehome? I already know about going to shelters, etc. I really do not wish to go that route. |

| Welcome to YT! Best wishes in your search for your Yorkie. I do not have a specific referral for you, but I do know that if you patiently do your research, there are good breeders who occasionally have older (6 months to 2 years), gorgeous, healthy Yorkies available. |

| Other than rescues, the only other reference is the YTCA website. There is a breeder referral page on there.
